Can I paint the models?

Absolutely! That’s one of the most enjoyable parts. Standard acrylic paints work great on PLA plastic, especially with primer — though you can get good results even without it.

For small details, permanent markers work surprisingly well, especially on light surfaces where their colors really pop.

Can I use miniatures and buildings from other brands?

Of course! The system is built in 1:100 scale, which fits nicely with many popular miniature lines, especially 15–18 mm figures.

Our towers, walls, and buildings pair beautifully with historical and fantasy miniatures from other collections.

How do the modules connect?

Using a simple but reliable connector that slides into slots on the module edges. Once inserted halfway, just press the modules together until fully locked. 

You can also glue them for a permanent setup — perfect for dioramas or fixed gaming tables.

Is it modular? Can I rearrange parts?

Yes — and that’s the whole idea. You can move towers, change wall layouts, reposition entrances, or rebuild everything from scratch.

It’s like LEGO for medieval castles, but with historical flavor and real tactical depth.

What material are the models made of?

All elements are printed using PLA, a biodegradable, plant-based plastic widely used in hobby 3D printing. It’s safe, durable, and easy to work with.

The printed parts are cleaned and lightly post-processed, but some small imperfections may occur — that’s part of the charm of hand-crafted models!

Can I print my own modules or expand the system with custom pieces?

At the moment, we don’t offer STL files for download. However, we’re working on expanding the lineup, and digital content may come in the future. Stay tuned!

What’s the difference between buying individual modules and a full set?

The full set gives you a ready-to-play stronghold — plus bonus items like a hobby knife, glue, extra parts, and mini soldiers.

It’s also a better deal overall and tells a complete story right out of the box.
