Cold Walls. Hard Cots. Sharp Blades.
This is not a place for comfort — it’s a place for readiness.
The barracks aren’t grand. They don’t rise with banners or shine with stained glass. They crouch behind the walls, squat and watchful. The only light comes through narrow slits — enough for a breeze or a bowstring. This is where soldiers sleep in shifts, eat quickly, and grab their weapons at the first shout.
And when the alarm bell tolls, they’re already in motion — out the door, onto the walls, ready to defend.
Build your fortress with warriors in mind. Because stone alone doesn’t hold the line.
Main building body (base dimensions: 5x10 cm)
Roof
Chimney
Some trimming may be needed to smooth connection points — nothing a hobby knife can’t handle.
Roof and chimney hold in place by gravity, but can be glued for added strength.
A door module where walls attach to the keep – optional but highly recommended because it looks and feels right.
Connectors – for attaching walls or entrance modules.
Position your barracks near the gates or along high-traffic wall segments. For added realism, place a well nearby and never forget the stables — soldiers need mounts just as much as lords.
If you want to show your garrison mid-deployment, try surrounding the barracks with soldiers, supply crates, or even a campfire scene.
Fully compatible with all Castletecture wall sections and accessories.
Can stand alone or connect to other modules using standard connectors.
Scaled for 1:100 (compatible with 15–18mm miniatures and gaming figures).
