Square Tower

The High Ground. The First Warning. The Last Word.

Before the clash of steel and the thunder of hooves, there is a silence — broken only by the call of a watchman high above, as he sights dust rising on the horizon. The tower has seen them coming.

Every fortress needs eyes. And teeth.

This Square Tower offers both. Thick stone walls, a commanding view, and a platform for archers, ballistae, or a vigilant patrol — this is the vantage point from which your garrison sees danger before it arrives… and makes sure it doesn’t leave.

Used as a lookout, an arsenal, a prison, or the first and last line of defense, the tower plays many roles. With a removable roof and hatch detail, you can adapt it to your story.

And when the enemy looks up, this is what they’ll see — your warning that the fortress stands ready.

Stone tower body (base dimensions: 5x5 cm)
Roof (removable)
Wooden door
Roof hatch

Build Notes

Some trimming may be needed to smooth connection points — nothing a hobby knife can’t handle.
Glue door and hatch into the designated slots.
Roof can be glued as well if necessary.

You May Also Need

A wall or wall with gates modules.
A door module where walls attach to the tower – optional but highly recommended because it looks and feels right.
Connectors – for attaching walls or entrance modules.

Castellan’s Advice

Place towers at key junctions in your walls — wall corners, gates, or where sightlines matter. They’re your sentinels and strongpoints. For realism and flexibility, try one tower without a roof to show ongoing repairs or battle damage.

Remember: high ground wins fights. Especially in sieges.

Scaled for 1:100 (compatible with 15–18mm miniatures and gaming figures).

Important Notes

This product is recommended for ages 14 and up. It contains small parts which could pose a choking hazard for younger children.
Some sets may also include sharp tools and cyanoacrylate glue. Please handle these components with care, and adult supervision is advised for assembly.
